Disney Cruise Line was opened in 1998. It is based in Port Canaveral, Florida. Disney Cruise Line is owned and operated by The Walt Disney Company as a subsidiary of the Walt Disney Parks and Resorts. The company operates two cruise ships: the Disney Magic and the Disney Wonder. And there is an exclusive port for the ships, which is locates on an island in Bahamas named Castaway Cay. Each of the ships has 875 staterooms and can hold approximately 2,400 guests.
The ships were the first family cruise liners in the entertainment industry. Disney Cruise Line offers the transatlantic crossing and the sailing around Mediterranean in seven and fifteen nights cruises.
